Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. AMOA is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
• The product is unused, unopened, and still sealed
• The product is returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.
Please note:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes inspection.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@amoahealth.com, including:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement, refund, or store credit.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping via FedEx.
Please note:
• International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees
• Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance
• AMOA is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities
International returns must follow the same 30-day sealed product policy, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
